**Emergency Contact Information**

In the case of an emergency requiring immediate assistance from your clinician, please call our office, and we will endeavor to return your call as promptly as possible. It's important to note that we do not offer crisis, urgent, or emergency services. Please DIAL 911, visit your nearest emergency room, or contact crisis intervention services for genuine psychiatric or medical emergencies.

**Medication Refills**

​

Medication refills are exclusively processed during our regular business hours. Requests made on weekends will be addressed on the following Monday or the next non-holiday business day. Please be aware that evaluations are necessary for altering dosage or changing medications. Evaluations are also mandatory for obtaining a refill. In urgent situations, prescriptions will be provided until your upcoming appointment.

If six months or more have elapsed without an evaluation, your status will be marked as inactive, leading to discharge from our patient list.

**Medication Compliance**

​

Adherence to prescribed medications is mandatory. While we understand that errors can occur, purposeful non-compliance will result in termination from our care services, leading to discharge.

**Appointment Policy**

​

Appointments are scheduled at specific times. It's crucial to arrive on time. If you anticipate being more than 15 minutes late for a 30-minute or more than 30 minutes late for an hour-long appointment, a missed fee of $50 will be applied, and the appointment will be canceled. To avoid this fee, please provide a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment.

There is no charge for missed appointments due to accidents, emergencies, or illness. However, regrettably, you will be discharged from our services if more than three appointments are missed (excluding emergencies).

**Fees and Payments**

All co-payments or payments are required at the time of service. We accept private pay (cash, checks, and credit cards) and certain insurances for your convenience.
